The project encompasses nine three-storey luxury semi-detached houses, a two-storey utility building, a guard house and two retaining walls at the front and back of the houses. LEED for Homes International Pilot Scheme is used as an assessment tool on building performance to the 9 houses, and the project is targeted for Gold rating.
