One Causeway Bay is a single 31-storey tower over three basement levels, comprising 24 office floors with a two-storey restaurant on the top floor, a three-storey podium of retail and F&B and a three-storey underground car park. Each office level will have a clear ceiling height of 2.9m and a typical floor plate of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. in lettable area, enabling flexible and efficient layout designs and maximising open views of Victoria Harbour.

The tower’s complex, tempered glass façade is designed to echo the harbour’s waters in both calm and rough conditions. Its state-of-the-art green and smart features will enhance tenant wellness and operational efficiency and minimise environmental impacts. These include solar PV panels to generate renewable energy, energy saving LED lighting, a state-of-the-art air purification system, and a rainwater harvesting and recycling system for irrigation and air conditioning. The addition of greenery on the rooftop, terrace and balcony will create a rejuvenating space for tenants.

One Causeway Bay has achieved BEAM Plus, LEED WELL and WiredScore platinum pre-certification and is in the process of obtaining SmartScore platinum certification.
