The city of Foshan has experienced rapid economic growth in recent decades. This growth has cultivated a desire amongst Foshan residents for more modern and luxurious living environments. The designer has thoughtfully addressed the desires of these clients and created a commerce space which showcases the pure excellence of this development.

The sales office radiates an aura of luxury and craftsmanship. Through a series of collaborations with the architects, the designer has successfully transformed a pared-down frame of 1,000 sq. m. into an impeccable modern “imperial hall” which unfolds in the space within. The four metre-high ceiling is fully utilized, with the different functional zones visually separated by flawless handcrafted screens. At the same time, the staircases have been re-designed into a spiral, creating a pleasant entranceway to the lift lobby showcase and the grand landing which faces the main entrance. Structural columns embrace the entire space, artistically defining the outstanding interior architecture.
