Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island’s bustling business and shopping hub, was the subject of an innovative urban design study which aspired to enhance and integrate pedestrian and mass transit connectivity, environmental liveability, cultural heritage, urban greenery and public spaces.

Part of this study was an RLP project in the Lee Gardens area, a premium destination within Causeway Bay that offers first class business and retail facilities. Our project at Leighton Centre included alteration and addition works at a retail centre and Grade A office premises located above. The spanned a gross floor area of 4,100 sq. m. and included hoarding and protection work, asbestos removal, structural alterations, M&E services, external cladding and interior fit-out.
